    2 days before your appointment you will receive a phone call or text message, please confirm to avoid being double booked.
Make sure to bring your insurance card and
picture ID on the day of your appointment!

  1. Q. What insurances do you accept?
    A. We accept all PPO (private insurance), MediCare and Health Care Partners.
  2. Q. Do you accept MediCal / Medicaid?
    A. Unfortunately at this time we do not accept straight MediCal/Medicaid patients.
  3. Q. Are you open on Saturdays?
    A. No. We are open from 9:00AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
  4. Q. Do you do home visits?
    A. Yes, we do provide home visits for homebound seniors. Please call (626) 796-2488 to learn more about our Mobile Docs Physicians House Call Program.
  5. Q. Do validate parking?
    A. No, but there are free parking alternatives available. Please click here to see a map for street and paid parking.
