Roy H. Jackson, M.D. – Medical Director

A longtime resident of California, Dr. Roy H. Jackson graduated with a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and went on to receive his M.D. from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center.

Dr. Jackson has been caring for patients in Pasadena and the surrounding areas for over 30 years. A U.S. Army veteran, he values teamwork and consults with his patients to find the best treatment options for their needs. He builds long-term relationships with his staff and patients, many of whom he considers friends.

Caring for young and old patients from many different backgrounds, Dr. Jackson uses the same dedicated bedside manner — listening and learning what works best for each individual patient. A Diplomate of the the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Jackson is also a member of the American Medical Association, California Medical Association and the Los Angeles County Medical Association.

Christina Wong, PA-C

Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University – California. With over 15 years of dedicated practice in primary care, she possesses extensive expertise in managing diverse medical conditions. Throughout her career, Christina has prioritized serving underserved communities, driven by her belief in equitable access to quality healthcare for all individuals.

Her unwavering dedication is evident in her determination to provide consistent, high-quality care to HCI patients. In her leisure time, she enjoys embarking on nature walks with her two young children, frequenting parks, seeking out bargains at thrift stores, discovering culinary delights at local eateries, optimizing her living space through decluttering and organization, and participating in yoga and barre routines via online platforms such as YouTube.
